Beth Simonetti is Chief Human Resources Officer of TD SYNNEX. Beth leads the strategic direction and operations of worldwide Human Resources including talent management, HRIS, DE&I, compensation and benefits, regional and corporate strategic HR business partners. Beth also sits on the Global Ethics & Compliance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Global Crisis Management Team, and Investment Committees.
Prior to joining Tech Data in 2015, Beth’s experience includes SVP, Human Resources at Baker & Taylor for 6 years and SVP Human Resources with Cardinal Health for 12 years. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science from Miami University and a masters degree from The Ohio State University.
